We offer discretionary asset management services whereby NPMC has the authority to place and supervise the investments within an account without prior consultation with the client. We determine when, how much and which securities are bought and sold. Our clients may impose restrictions on their accounts.  For example, a client may restrict or prohibit transactions in certain securities, types of securities, or asset classes. We seek to achieve a rate of return consistent with the client’s objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, tax situation, and restrictions, if any.
