We offer discretionary asset management services whereby NPMC has the authority to place and supervise the investments within a client’s account without prior consultation with the client. We determine which securities are bought and sold and the total amount of the purchases and sales. Our clients may impose restrictions on their accounts.  For example, a client may restrict or prohibit transactions in certain securities, types of securities, or asset classes. We seek to achieve a rate of return consistent with the client’s objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, tax situation, and restrictions, if any.
