NPMC offers supervision of third-party investment advisors and managers.  Supervision includes ongoing monitoring of investment activities.  It also includes periodic evaluation of investment performance, adherence to investment policy, and overall quality of service.  Clients provide us with a limited power of attorney over their accounts with third-parties to ensure we have access to critical information.
